Having my fleet operational is key to my business as we are a smaller player in the Transport industry at Heathrow. The new facilities in Feltham are First Class and now I can have servicing, inspections, tacho issues and all repairs carried out on the same premises and their collection and delivery service means I do not have to wait for a driver to become available for them to have to wait around whilst diagnostics and repairs are carried out.

LGV/HGV WORKSHOP

We are a new customer of Phoenix and as a major multinational operator our key KPI’s mean that our fleet of vans and trucks have to be moving as much as humanly possible. We have always been supported by Main Dealers in the past, but the team at Phoenix persuaded us to give them a try and I have to say that the improvement in service from turn around times through to out of hour clinics, and as a result of the excellent service we have received,  has enabled us to completely give our fleet over to them. We are even getting positive feedback from our drivers about the new waiting facilities. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

LGV/HGV WORKSHOP

Can’t be faulted. Urgent repairs for a critical load needed before despatch. Called the Phoenix Team and they were on site with electronic diagnosis, the correct parts and the vehicle was operational within an hour. Highly recommended.

MOBILE TEAM

It is obvious that these guys are highly skilled at what they do. Superb communication, polite and efficient technician. What could have been a major problem was reduced to a minor inconvenience.  We will certainly be using Phoenix as our go to team.

We have struggled over the years to have a dedicated trailer support service. One phone call to Phoenix and we had an Account Manager on our site within two days who took a detailed look at our fleet of  trailers. Within a week we had a full scheduled maintenance plan with costings in place and access to a team of specialist technicians who have not failed to resolve any of our issues and have contributed in raising our fleet efficiency by over 10%. No breakdown is too challenging for these guy’s.

We have used Phoenix for many years but are astounded in the new facilities that we now have access to. Brake testing and routine maintenance checks are now completed in record time enabling us to get on the road quicker than ever before.

Phoenix run an out of hours clinic for us in the morning to carry out running and last minute repairs and defects found on the drivers’ walk round checks. This has enabled our fleet to get out on time, don’t know what we did before Phoenix – thank you!

ON SITE CLINIC

The Phoenix training centre is a lovely environment. I was given the task to get 50 of our drivers through CPC training at short notice. After a telephone conversation with Alison, I was invited for a tour of the new facilities, given an overview of the training offered and dates and process agreed. All drivers were trained on time, on budget and I have received positive feedback from all of the delegates who attended. We are already planning our next sessions and will be using the facilities both for training and for holding our offsite meetings.

TRAINING

We needed Health and Safety awareness sessions for a new set of supervisors but did not have the capacity to take them all offline at the same time. After a conversation with Alison at Phoenix, a bespoke sessions was made available for us allowing my team to stagger their training around their shift patterns and the content was adapted to suit my business . We have since book our First Aid and Mental Health Awareness Training with Phoenix too.

TRAINING

The flexibility at Phoenix enabled me to book on my course last minute so I could fit my training around my work load, and as a small company this is vital to me. As long as I could let them know the night before, they were always happy to accommodate me on a course. Well done Phoenix Training, thinking of the smaller companies!

We used Phoenix’s facilities to hold our Management Strategy meetings away from the office, but in a great central location near Heathrow,  which is easily accessible for everyone. Fantastic facilities, clean, comfortable and great internet connection, we will definitely be holding more off site meetings here.

We are a training company based in Yorkshire but had a client requesting training near Heathrow, we contacted Phoenix who were happy for us to hire their training room which can accommodate up to 20 delegates in their brand new purpose built training facility with a large screen TV and excellent internet connection plus a self contained break out area Highly recommend!
