An Update Regarding COVID-19 from Phoenix TTM

To give you an update during these extraordinary times, Phoenix are operating as usual and have taken the necessary measures to remain open and provide all the services that you would normally expect.

We have two workshops adjacent to each other in Heathrow, one specialising in trailer repairs with its own rolling road brake tester and 5 on site trailer technicians, supported by 5 specialist trailer service vans and our new main workshop caters for truck and van repairs. We have a total of 4 rolling roads, one tacho bay and one MOT lane for class 4, 5 and 7 vehicles. We also have a designated ATF lane, for which we are seeking accreditation.

Our in-house parts department is fully stocked with a wide selection of truck and trailer parts, which reduces down time.

To complement both workshops – we operate a fleet of 14 fully equipped service vans in the Heathrow and M25 area.

We are in the very fortunate position of having our own Training Centre – for both inhouse and external training, which enables our technicians to receive the most up to date training.

During these testing times, we will also strive to cover any overflow work, in other areas, if you are experiencing difficulties.

A collection and delivery service is available for all the above.
